Purchase and Sales Agreement As part of this project every parent must sign a purchase and sale agreement with the Gateway Regional School District. This agreement works to protect all parties involved in this project. The agreement allows for the establishment of guidelines for the expectations of the lessor/lesse relationship and the management and dispersal of equipment. To order a laptop for a student the parents must complete and sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement and provde cash, check or charge for the full purchase price or the first months payment.
