Download and complete the laptop program Registration Form. Make certain to fill out both pages. |

| Step 2: |
For persons choosing to lease - download and complete the Laptop Lease Agreement. This is to be mailed in with your registration form |

| Step 3: |
Include payment for the laptop. If you are leasing this will be the cost of your first payment. If you are purchasing this will be the total cost of the unit. You also need to add in the cost of any additional accessories you choose. Payments can be made via check or credit/debt card and should be made out to the Gateway Regional School District. |

| Step 4: |
Please place the Registration Form, the Lease Agreement (if you are leasing), and your payment in an envelope and return them to: |

You can also deliver forms by hand to the Gateway Regional Central Office at 12 Littleville Road between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. |

| Step 5: |
Within 1 week you will receive confirmation of your order. For persons leasing, you will also receive your payment schedule as well. In the packet you will also be given a list of dates during the last week in August and the first week in September where students and parents will come in to pick up their laptop and receive a brief orientation to the new equipment. |
