Who to Contact Most everyone has experienced what is generally referred to as "the run around" (a situation in which nobody can help you but to just provide you another number or another person to talk to). This is frustrating and helps nobody. The Academic Computing and Media Services Team attempts to eliminate that hassle as much as possible. To help accomplish this objective, we have created Laptop Central, a one-stop service depot. It provides you a single point of contact for almost all laptop-related inquiries. For some administrative and special cases, you may be directed to other offices or personnel, but the staff of Laptop Central will explain to you the processes and the procedures that need to be taken to get you back up and running.
