Introduction

The Gateway Regional Laptop Program has been designed to provide a high degree of support for both hardware and software. To further that end we have created “Laptop Central” an on campus service center in room 152 that provides a one-stop service center for users with Gateway provided Apple iBooks, PowerBooks and IBM ThinkPads. We have also complied a list of frequently asked questions and a contact information page. So if anything goes wrong with your laptop, you’ll be up and running again in no time!
