Mystery Mittens a Boon to Gateway Families "Mitten Tree "at Chester ES

A bag of beautiful, hand-knit mittens, scarves and hats was found in a storage closet this fall, and making winter a little warmer for Chester families!

Community Service Continues in December The "Pajama Express" collection box at Chester Elementary.

Eighth grader Mackenzie Chase is leading a collection to benefit the animals at the Westfield Animal Shelter (items selected through December 21) and Littleville and Chester Elementary School are collecting pajamas for a special cause (closes December 13).

Gateway Hosts 90 Sr. Citizens for Brunch & Concert NHS Servers at Annual Brunch

Student Registration

New to the district?


If you are moving into Blandford, Chester or Middlefield and your child is entering Kindergarten - Grade 5 they will be attending Chester Elementary School. 

Please click on the link below, print out the enrollment form, complete it and then call 413-685-1360 to make an appointment to finish the registration process. We look forward to you joining our school.
