Getting Connected

To get connected to the service you will have to configure the Internet settings on your computer. Select your computing platform from the list and follow the easy to use guides to get yourself on-line.

Service Affecting Issues

Due to our low start up cost we initially plan to provide phone support service Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We will also provide an email center that will provide Monday through Friday, as well as, weekend support.

If you experience a service outage please contact us via the information below. We will respond as quickly as possible to all support requests. Please note that 685 is a Huntington exchange and may not be toll-free in all locations.
