GATEWAY VOLUNTEERS:  SAVE THE DATE!

Huntington- The Gateway Regional School District will hold its Third Annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner for all parents and community members who serve our schools.  Think this doesn’t apply to you?  Do you serve on a committee, council, PTO, or booster club?  Do you volunteer in a classroom or parent center?  Did you make grinders at the Cabin Fever Concert, or serve up “Gator Tators” at Booster Field?  Do you tutor or read with students?  When was the last time you chaperoned a field trip or donated items for a raffle?  If you answered yes to any of these questions—or volunteer in a similar way—then this event is for you! 

The dinner is free of charge to Gateway volunteers and their guests.  Dinner will be served in the Gateway cafeteria; activities will take place for children in the Middle School gymnasium.

Mark your calendar for Friday, February 9, 2007 and don’t miss this special evening of thanks for the people who do so much for our students! (Snow date will be Saturday, February 10th).  Dinner will be served from 5 – 7 p.m.  Those planning to attend should call any Gateway school office or 685-1003 and leave your name, phone number, and the number of people attending with you.
