MR. MICHAEL MASON

                                                              Welcome to Mr. Mason's Physical Education Class 07'

As of 2007 the Physical Education Department has implemented a physical fitness test. This test is a self-improvement test to measure an individual's fitness level. Please take a moment to review the test with your child . Life-long health is our department goal for every child, and begins with daily physical exercise/activity. We strive to impart basic knowledge and fundamental skills to enhance an individuals' quality of life. It is important to us to provide a safe learning environment where students can grow socially, emotionally, and physically to improve their self-esteem and overall self-image, while learning the importance of being physically fit throughout their entire lives.
