Reading

Expectations

Students will be required to come prepared with a silent reading book.  Students will log silent reading with a log used in standard English I.  Classwork will be based upon the results of individualized testing.  Students will work on vocabulary, comprehension and reading speed.  The teacher will assign texts based upon student strengths and weaknesses.   Pre and post testing will be utilized to measure growth.
