Setup for New Term

Setup for new term Open each class and click on the just completed term in the top left part of the spreadsheet, see underline to the right. |

The final grade setup will open. Choose the new term in the Which final Grade: pull down, then check the Show on spreadsheet check box and click Accept. The new term should be visible. Next, select the just completed term again as in the first step. Unchecked the Show on spreadsheet check box and click Accept. |

| If
last terms assignments are still showing in the spreadsheet choose Preferences from the File Menu. Click on the Display tab.
Check the Show only assignments in the data range: and the Apply to assignments window boxes. Enter the dates of the current term in the fields below the first check box (underlined in red to the right). Click OK. |
