Field Trips

Field trip season is upon us. If you are planning on attending a field trip you will need to have a current CORI on file. You can download and print a copy. A copy of your license is REQUIRED, along with the completed form, to process your CORI. Please be aware that it can take up to 3 weeks for the CORI to be processed. Due to privacy regulations, if you have questions in regards to a CORI of to inquire if you have an up-to-date CORI, please call Stacy Stewart at 685-1011. CORI's are valid for three years.

    On Tuesday, April 7, students will have a 2-hour early release day for staff professional development. Dismissal times are 11:30 a.m. for Preschool, with no afternoon PreK. Middle School and High School students will be dismissed at 12:05 p.m. Chester and Littleville Elementary students (K-5) will be dismissed at 1:20 p.m.

    The Chester Elementary Wrap Around program will be open regular hours on the half-days, opening at 7:00 a.m. and closing at 5:30 p.m.

    Lunch is served on all scheduled early release days.

    There will be no more 2-hr early-release days this school year, but there will be half-days on Tues, Jun 9 & Wed, Jun 10.

    All schools and offices in the Gateway Regional School District will be closed April 20–24 for April Vacation.

    The Littleville Wrap-Around Program will be open Mon–Fri from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., provided enough children pre-register. Parents are reminded to send children with a lunch and two snacks, as the cafeteria will not be open that week. Children should be dressed to go outside. Families who pre-register, but do not attend, will still be charged.

    Gateway offices will be closed as part of energy and money-saving efforts throughout the district.
