Free and Reduced Lunch Information

Children need healthy meals to learn. Some families may get free meals or qualify to purchase breakfast and lunch at a reduced rate. If you receive SNAP (Food Stamps) or TANF, care for foster children, receive WIC, or meet the federal income guidelines, you may be eligible.

Families must apply each year, but only one form needs to be submitted per family.  If you need help or have questions, call Tasha Hartley at 685-1005.

Please note: for the 2017-18 school year, students attending Chester Elementary School will ALL be automatically eligible for free breakfast and lunch. If your child attends Chester, you do NOT need to complete an application.

The 2017-18 Application is now posted! Print out and complete the application, and mail it to the Food Services Department, Gateway Regional School District, 12 Littleville Rd., Huntington, MA  01050. Click here for instructions. If your child qualifies for free or reduced lunch, they might be eligible for MassHealth
